About Blain

Hi! I'm Blain. I have a bachelor's and a master's, and I'm currently completing prerequisite courses before applying to pediatric nursing school. My classes are online and on Saturdays, so I'm looking to provide childcare while I complete my coursework. I have experience caring for multiple children at once, including children with autism and cerebral palsy. I'm not professionally certified in special-needs care, but I have hands-on experience supporting children with different needs and routines. I can also follow established therapy activities taught by parents or care providers. I can help with: • Meals and simple meal preparation • Bath and bedtime routines • Homework and schoolwork • Playtime and activities • School pickup/drop-off by foot or Metro • Following established therapy exercises I'm flexible and available during the day, evenings, and overnight. I prefer to care for children who are already potty-trained, as I'm not currently looking to provide diapering care.
