I rated BillieJo I think she was nice & & we bonded quickly a our personality & other things. She was thoughtful, helpful & I was impressed by her. Unfortunately, I had 4 specialist I neded to see that she never returned my confirm appoi these appts. I also lft a messa to call me back to confirm. nevere did. I had to chancel all them all [I made these appts months ago I had to set up new dates. I'm upset with her leaving me stranded. If she had problem w/my appt dates or I didn't give her more hours - She could have been descent enough to send text or call me. She caused me to have your services an negative picture.
