About Bilen

I would describe myself at empathetic, patient, and dedicated- qualities that help me connect with children in order to support them in a meaningful way. I find so much joy in their high energy, honesty, and curiosity, and I truly enjoy being able to be someone they can be supported and safe around. I began volunteering at my mother's daycare center when I was young, and spending time with the children there is what truly sparked and nurtured my love for working with kids. In any job, I look to find a role where I can combine my love for caregiving with my passion for learning, surrounded by a team that shares the same values!
