Bibi is amazing! We have hired her for watching our son, starting at 15 months old, and I couldn't ask for a better caregiver. She's reliable, fun, sweet, really gets to know my son, and steps in right away to take over caregiving (which I ESPECIALLY appreciate!) I'm a 1st time mom and picky about who watches my kid, and Bibi was amazing right away. My son loves her! Bibi is attentive, engaging, and responds appropriately to my son's needs. I highly recommend Bibi!
