For over 15 years, families trusted me with their children, and the time I spent with the kids really helped me to form special relationships with them. I still keep in touch today even though they don't need me anymore. I have had the wonderful experience of caring for twin premature newborns. My responsibilities included preparing meals, bottles, changing diapers, putting down for naps, and taking out for walks or to play at the playground or swim in the pool. I like to get to know the kids I work with and how they react in different situations. With every family I've worked for, we were able to build a relationship based on love and trust. I try my best to teach the kids things, like songs and rhymes or any silly sayings just to get them to expand their vocabulary and/or have a good time. I am finding that all kids just want to have fun and feel safe with someone who cares about them. I'm happy to be that person and it creates great memories for me.

Bianca was amazing with our son. She was observant and intuitive, quickly learning his sleep and hunger cues, teaching him in ways perfect for his age, and she loved being outside with him. She’s intelligent, creative, patient, kind, and compassionate. She brought a calmness and routine to our days and I was able to relax knowing he was getting the best care.
