About Bianca

I am a special education teacher specializing in working with children with autism. I have my tesching credental, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, with an emphasis in Child Services. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a childcare provider, supporting children's daily routines, personal care, development, and well-being. I've worked as a long-term nanny, as a babysitter, and traveled with families on trips. As a teacher, I support children's growth in communication, gross and fine motor skills, early academics, social-emotional development, positive behavior, and life skills. I use naturalistic teaching strategies, including play, imitation, and everyday learning opportunities, to create engaging and meaningful experiences. I prioritize safety, individual support and strong relationships with families. I am available M-F from 4:00 p.m. through the late evening and am flexible to accommodate each family's needs.
