About Bianca

Hello! I'm Bianca. I recently graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development & Family Studies, where I focused a lot on psychology and child development. I've always loved working with children and being a positive, dependable support for families in any way I can. I'm compassionate, patient, organized, and naturally very bubbly and outgoing. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids through play, activities, and everyday routines. I also absolutely love dogs and am very comfortable around pets! Through childcare experience, internships, and administrative roles, I've developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. I have my own reliable transportation, I do not smoke, and I am CPR/First Aid certified. I truly enjoy connecting with people and helping create a happy, supportive environment for children and families.
