Hi! My name is Bianca, but I tell all of my friends to call me Bee :) I am a former Art Director, looking to make a shift in my career and reach my goals of becoming an elementary school teacher. I've worked with children from the ages of 6 months - 15 years at daycare centers, after school programs, and babysitting. I'm also a full-time mama to a wonderful and happy 18-month-old boy. I'm hoping to find a family that could use before and after school care, or full-time for a kiddo in the same age range as my son. He would be my sidekick during the morning nanny shifts. I have an art degree, so I love coming up with crafts and short stories for family. I also enjoy photography, libraries, music classes, and nature. Also, everyday MUST have a dance party! I am a big fan of holidays and birthdays, and always making my friends feel special. I also follow a monthly curriculum to keep my kiddo actively learning in the midst of all the fun. Beyond being a wonderful caregiver to our 3 kids (ages 4, 8, and 10), Bianca is an incredible human! She goes above and beyond and quickly became part of our family even as a part-time nanny providing before and after school care. Bianca is intuitive and knows exactly when to take tasks off our plate as busy parents, without us asking. She’s extremely engaging and creative with the kids. Super thoughtful. Kids love her. And, she is punctual, reliable, flexible, and understanding. She’s awesome!
