About Beverly

I am a semi-retired mother of five grown children who all graduated from college. I have worked as a teacher for five years and have more than 20 years in the chemical industry. My Degree is a BS in Business - Chemistry, so I can tutor all the sciences plus math up to pre-calculus. I can tutor younger or older grades and most subjects. I can tutor most children in math. Math is hard but can be simplified to help your child. Reading is fundamental to doing well in school and in life. I love to read and want to share my love of reading with young people. I can also teach some musical instruments. I can teach beginning piano, guitar, recorder and violin. Children who have a musical background and play instruments typically do very well in school.
