I became a Nanny/Babysitter 15 years ago this fall after my daughter who is a nurse/midwife left for New Zealand to help run a health clinic for 2 yrs. This year my daughter moved to Molokai HI to help run a clinic for 2 yrs. and to be closer to my grandson who joined the Marines. I missed my 3 grand kids and decided to see if families in my community needed a nanny. Luckily they did and I am so grateful. I love the opportunity of caring for children of all ages. I am CPR/AED & First Aid certified and have a background check, good driving record and reliable transportation. I also have excellent reviews from previous families. Betty played a remarkable role the lives of my daughter, husband and I. She began with us in early 2021, in the thick of the pandemic, when my daughter was 4 months old. She provided loving kindness to all of us, particularly my daughter. Betty is wonderfully intuitive with little ones - catering her thoughtful approach to meet children where they are with play, reading, quiet time, and meals. To say Betty went above and beyond for my family and I is an understatement - she is kind, wise, and truly gifted with children. It is an honor to continue our relationship with Betty from afar after a recent move, we love her like family.
