About Betsy

I would describe myself as kind, caring, responsible, and dependable. I have always loved working with children because they inspire me to be patient, creative, and understanding. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel valued, heard, and encouraged to learn and grow. I began caring for children around the age of 15 and have experience with children of different ages. As the oldest of six siblings, caring for kids has always been a natural part of my life. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Nursing, which has strengthened my knowledge of child development, safety, and communication. I am looking for a family that values trust, respect, and open communication. My strongest skills include patience, flexibility, reliability, and building meaningful relationships with children while treating them with the same love and care I would my own family.
