Prior experience with behavioral challenges and ADHD. If I had to describe my best skills with two words, I would say playful and patient! I practice attachment based parenting and am very invested in understanding and validating the child's experience. In my free time I like to knit, sew, swim, be outside, and eat good food! I am available 7am-5 p.m. Mon-Friday. Possibly some weekends or evenings as needed. Many references available :)

Betsy is kind, patient, reliable, and loving. She has been caring for our son for the past 5 months since he was just 4 months old. She is very experienced which has been very reassuring as a first-time mom. Betsy is incredibly nurturing and caring - she clearly adores our son and seems as delighted by him as I am. She is extremely reliable and responsible. She is extremely consistent at following our son's routines, nap schedules, etc. She quickly understood our preferences around things like sleep, independent play, etc. I'm not sure I can describe in words how grateful we are for Betsy. She has been an absolute joy to work with and we will miss her dearly when we move out of state next month. I truly cannot recommend her more highly!
