About Betsy

Hello! My name is Betsy and I live in Edinburg, TX. I enjoy working with kids and contributing to their growth and progress, which is what pushed me to pursue a career as a psychologist. I have 1 year of babysitting experience with kids ages 10 months to 6 years old, 1 year of nursery volunteer work, and several years of experience caring for kids of all ages at church. Additionally, I've gained basic medical training from becoming certified as a medical assistant. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I also served as a College-level Chemistry tutor for a little over 3 years. I am joining Care. com in hopes of having another source of income to help pay for my living expenses. I completely understand how careful a parent must be and can certainly provide identifying information and a cleared CBC report that was run recently for my current job at UTRGV.
