About Beth

One of my favorite roles in this life is Auntie, which I get to be to 4 wonderful kiddos (ages 4, 6, 9 & 14). I've baby sat each of them, as well as several others throughout the years. I adore children for their curious nature, sense of humor & open heartedness... they remind me to look at the world with a sense of wonder & to appreciate the little things (such as cookies!). I believe in treating children with respect & kindness at all times. As a former Waldorf student, I recognize the importance of hands on learning and spending time in nature - two things I hope to incorporate into a nanny job. I prefer to keep the tv off, put electronics away, & engage with the world the old fashioned way. Be it through reading, art, games, baking, gardening or building forts, it is my goal to cultivate creative & meaningful experiences during our time together. During nap time or periods of independent activity, I'd be happy to do house-keeping, laundry, cooking or meal prep.
