I don't have official experience as a house cleaner. However, working for Home Instead, many of my clients need partial or whole house cleaning done. I was an excellent cleaner. Even at home, I'm very OCD and meticulous about cleaning. I'm careful, do not break things, and put everything back the way they were. I'm retired Army and have a college degree. I do prefer that my clients provide their own cleaning supplies and tools. This allows your preferences in products, etc.
