We hired Bessianna through a Facebook posting when we urgently needed support caring for our then 2-year-old and 4-year-old, one of whom has special needs. She was honest in sharing that while she had no prior experience caring for children with special needs, she had worked with special needs adults. Despite this, we chose to trust her, and she exceeded all of our expectations. I am not fully remote working but if needed I would 100% rehire her again and will always be a reliable reference for her.
