Bertrice is a strongly considerate, highly communicative, and overall just really kind pet sitter. She has a great attention to detail, and in situations where I have run out of food / supplies, she gets them with no problem. My apartment is always in great care when she comes back, and I get lots of photos and videos. More impressively, she really really goes the extra mile. There's been times where I come back from a work trip and she's waiting at the apartment as soon as I get in to exchange the keys and say hi. I strongly trust her and know if anything goes wrong that she will easily handle it (or let me know if she can't immediately). As long as I'm in NYC, I will keep requesting her to petsit, as I'm certain at this point my cats love her more than me.
