Bertha took care of my elderly mom and son since August of 2021. She is wonderful. My mom progressed to the end stages of dementia and she was able to help her with all activities including eating, walking, and toileting. Bertha does not hesitate to communicate when needed, and was always upfront with needs or concerns. I would say that hiring her was the best decision we could have made for our family. We tried to contact many people on here that were flaky and unreliable until we met her. She is very kind and caring. She did light duties around the house and cooked breakfast and lunch daily for my mom and son. She made sure my son was ready for preschool daily. We are grateful for all the love she showed our family. My mom ended up having to be placed in a dementia facility, otherwise Bertha would still be working with us. I know she will do a great job for you.
