About Bertha

As a caregiver with nine years of experience, my passion is helping children learn and grow. My previous babysitting roles showed me the positive impact I could have on children's lives, which motivated me to pursue a career as a childcare provider. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and believe in fostering open communication with parents. I provide regular updates about their child's day and follow their preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and my favorite games to play with children are outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, aged 0-11, and I also speak English and Spanish. I have some college education, am CPR and First Aid trained, have a car, and am comfortable with pets. I hope I have the opportunity to provide a reliable and nurturing environment for your children.
