Bernice was great with my 11 month-old. She communicated clearly, showed up on time, took my son to the park , played the piano while holding him, helped with everything including meals , diaper changes, plays, books, during the day. I like that she talks to the baby a lot and tries to teach him German words. I also like her songs and she's a great musician. I just wish she's available full time and I'd hire her in a heartbeat. I left my son with her on the first day I hired her and there was not a problem at all because she is experienced and barely needs any instructions. I'm happy to befriend her. She sent me photos of my son while I was out at the end of the day, too, without me asking. You won't regret giving her a try!
