I cannot say enough about the exceptional care provided. Bernadette is truly the epitome of the perfect caregiver — experienced, attentive, and consistently compassionate. Her mild‑mannered, calming presence brought comfort not only to my husband but to me as well. She has a genuine concern, patience, and professionalism. She also took the time to communicate with him, making him feel apart of decisions and offered reassurance and updates when asked. Her kindness, reliability, flexibility, and steady nature has made an enormous difference.
