I hired Belinda on a Tuesday to start on Friday. The next day, our regular weekday caregiver could not come, and Belinda changed her plans to accommodate starting that day instead. She stepped in at the last minute and figured out everything without a problem. It was a smooth transition. Although we have only had her for 5 days now, she has been excellent. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable. She treats my mother with respect and talks easily with her. Things are going very well. Belinda is doing a fantastic job!
