There's always something to learn from kids! And it is so much fun to get to know new kids, to learn their personalities and develop some sort of routine (with spontaneous activity and fun mixed in, of course) I started working with kids when I was 17, and in a neighborhood with lots of toddlers and elementary-aged kids. I have loved childcare ever since, and gained experience in all ages, with kids with a variety of personalities. Every kid has such a unique personality, and getting to know them is such a joy :) Families should know that unfortunately, I don't have my drivers license. However, I still find reliable transportation whether that's the bus, biking, or a Lyft. I am very timely and organized, regardless of transportation! One of my skills is adaptability- as children's interests and personalities change (sometimes depending on the day), and bad days happen, being flexible is key. I am also creative, and can always find something to do on a rainy day :)
