I work in health care more than 15 years. I monitor client's health condition, pain assessment, nutritional status, daily life schedule and behavior change. Risks management. Communicate with client's family members or primary contacts. Manage emergency situations. I provide excellent service with using my caregiver skills to assist individuals with personal care. This included any activities of daily living that the client has difficulty performing on his or her own, such as bathing, toileting and eating. I am able to observe and to report on changes in a client's health status when necessary. I enhanced the quality of life for all services.
