About Becket

Hello, families of Portland! My name is Becket, and I am an early childhood music teacher. I love working with kids, so I thought care. com would be a great resource for some fulfilling work between semesters. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, energetic, and patient. I like working with kids because they make the world so much more joyful! I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a positive role model and provide care for children, because that's what I love to do! I started working with kids when I was 13; I babysat for three little boys every weekend. Now, I'm a teacher! In my spare time, I like to read, write, and spend time in the great outdoors. My skills include coming up with fun and engaging activities for any circumstances, helping kids of any age with homework (or summer work), and creating a safe and comfortable environment for children.
