Bia is the definition of a genuine, caring, loving, brilliant person outside of being a nanny. These core foundations is what makes her an amazing nanny. Bia has been caring for our 8 month old son and has been nothing but extremely sweet, attentive, warmhearted and fun to our son. When she shows up to work, she is always, always early (she defines as being on time). Bia is very respectful and will acknowledge how you go about treating the way you do things your own way, whether it is with the baby or in the home. She has strong attention to detail and always recommends intuitive, solid recommendations on making baby care easier/efficient. If we could have Bia for the rest of our lives, we would (but actually). We hate to part ways with her only because we are moving back home where my parents will be taking care of our son. I strongly recommend Bia as a nanny and she'd be an amazing fit wherever she goes AND that the next family working with her would be extremely lucky to have her!
