Beatriz is an incredibly effective, expeditious, thoughtful, and trustworthy individual. Our home sparkles with a noticeable "ah" after her visits. Over time, she has gotten to know our quirks, takes care to address our preferences, meet the additional asks we make (e.g., watering our plants), and does nice things I don't even ask for (e.g., just today I left a few cards out and she nicely tucked them in my wallet). She organizes her time well so that she can maximize her impact (e.g., immediately addressing the laundry so as to not waste a moment of time later on). She has demonstrated remarkable flexibility in her contributions (e.g., working around our baby's nap schedule) and has effectively navigated the madness that is a home with a toddler. As a plus, her kind and positive demeanor has charmed over our whole family (our daughter squeals with delight when she comes over). Ultimately, you can tell she demonstrates incredible pride for the hard work she does, motivated.
