About Baylor

Hi! I recently graduated summa cum laude from UNC Asheville with a degree in Psychology and have completed multiple courses in child development. I have several years of experience coaching children and teens ages, as well as working at summer camps with a wiser range of children ages 6-16, where I supervised and engaged with them throughout the day. Growing up with a younger brother who is 10 years younger than me also gave me valuable hands-on experience caring for a child through different stages of development. As a former full-time student-athlete on the volleyball team, I've developed strong communication, leadership, patience, teamwork, and time-management skills. I love helping children learn, grow, and build confidence in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. I'm responsible, energetic, and excited to provide dependable, attentive care for your family
