About Bayli

I'd describe my personality as ambitious, conscientious, and fun. I like tutoring because I enjoy helping children find their strengths and develop a love for learning based on their personal learning style. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help children and their families, allows me flexibility while I continue my college degree, and allows me to put my personal and educational training to use. I started tutoring when I realized it would help me learn more about children in the educational setting. My focus prior (and this is career wise) was/is working with children in the healthcare setting. I have been tutoring and substitute teaching since January 2024. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children, cook, and practice self-care.
