About Baylie

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and smart. I like working with kids because I am the oldest of 6 and have been around younger kids my entire life so working with them comes very easy to me! I started working with kids when I was 14 years old and I am now 20. I have many years of experience with kids of all ages (2 months- 13 yrs). I have nannied for a few families during the summers that I've been home from school as well. One thing you should know about me is that I absolutely love kids and I am a very reliable sitter. I have tons of experience and I also have reliable transportation. I am a college student at Northwood and am looking for a few jobs every week! My skills include patience, understanding, and attentiveness.
