About Baylee

I'm Baylee, I'm interested in helping families with childcare including housework/meal prep/transportation. I'm looking for a job that can help me help others in my community. To be a trusted source for parents. I have worked with kids since I was 15 years old (now 28) nannying, babysitting, coaching, and as a children's therapist. I have worked with all ages from 0-19 years old and always aim to make a difference in each of their lives even just by being a source of positivity and safety. I am starting my master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Child Welfare in August! I would describe my personality as caring, compassionate, creative, and curious. My strengths include communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence, and time management. I like working with kids because they have an innocence and trust in the world that I want to preserve and help them thrive to turn difficulties into strengths.
