About Baylee Raye

I love creating safe, joyful spaces where children feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. Growing up with two younger sisters taught me patience, leadership, and attentiveness. In high school, I cared for 2-year-olds at a daycare, then privately for a family with two children (ages 2 and 4), developing strong one-on-one caregiving skills. I've traveled through developing countries, teaching English and organizing sports and creative activities, which reinforced my belief that childcare is a partnership -- I love guiding children while encouraging their individuality and confidence. Creativity is central to who I am. I enjoy reading, painting, singing, dancing, playing instruments, and studying acting, bringing imagination and fun into daily routines. I'm outgoing, dependable, attentive, and growth-oriented, prioritizing safety, presence, and clear communication.
