About Baylee

Nurturing children's growth and making a meaningful, positive impact on their lives is my true passion. With three years of experience caring for up to four children, I provide reliable, dedicated support for families. My approach is patient, calm, and creative, ensuring a supportive environment for ages 0-12+. I hold CPR Training and have completed Early Child Development Coursework to ensure your little ones are in safe, capable hands. I love engaging children through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and will always follow your lead on household rules. I prioritize clear communication and provide daily reports or updates via your preferred method. In summary, I am a dedicated caregiver committed to fostering your child's development in a fun, safe space. I look forward to the possibility of becoming a trusted part of your family's daily life.
