About Baylee

I'd describe my personality as patient, nurturing, and understanding. I like working with kids because it gives me the opportunity to foster positive social and emotional growth! As a licensed social worker, and mental health therapist, I am passionate about educating young people about social @ emotional wellness. I'm looking for a job that I am able to assist families around the holidays whether that is through child care or pet care. I started working with kids professionally when I was 21 years old. I have served as an au pair in Ireland where I provided direct care for children ranging from newborn-12 yrs old, & also as a social worker/therapist in school and outpatient settings. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my fiancé, dog & cat! One thing you should know about me is I am a very empathetic and nurturing person. My skills include CPR training, masters level therapeutic experience with children/adolescents, & effective communication.
