Baylee is the best! She was our son’s nanny for the first 2.5 years of his life and we are truly thankful she came into our lives. Through all his stages, Baylee knew exactly what he needed. She was dependable, funny, patient, kind, constantly infusing play with education. She also followed our lead to match our parenting styles, offering her opinion when appropriate. Our son is smart, caring, well mannered, and social and I believe very strongly that Baylee helped shaped him into the tot he is now. I would 1000% hire her again and highly recommend.
