About Baylee

I've dedicated the last seven years of my life as a Registered Behavior Therapist as well as a Paraprofessional because I'm passionate about helping children grow and develop. My patience and creativity shine through in the way I encourage imaginative play and engage children in educational activities. I work closely with parents to ensure their children have a safe and nurturing environment. I will provide daily written reports or communicate verbally at pickup, always respecting their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing parent and household rules to ensure children understand boundaries and expectations. I enjoy playing games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also love fun and educational games that promote learning. I feel comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages, including kids with special needs. I'm excited to bring my skills and experience to your family and help your children thrive!
