I was nervous to hire someone to watch my (8m) baby full time when I was going back to work. Would she love her and care for her the way she needed? Get the play and attention she needed? Barbara did such an amazing job of setting my worries at ease. She was amazing with my daughter. They immediately clicked and got along wonderfully. Barbara looked to us to give my daughter's current routine, but was never nervous to make the best choice for the day. As my daughter grew and her needs changed Barbara was helpful in giving suggestions on how we could approach new situations together. She had lots of experience with other babies and it was helpful to a first time mom. Barbara sets such a nice balance between playing and learning throughout the day. They get great indoor and wonderful outdoor time together. The relationship Barbara and my daughter has is so special and I know it is going to be so hard for them to separate, but a new family will be so lucky to have Barbara.
