About Barbara
Experience: 10 yrs
I was a hospital/visiting nurse for over 30years before retiring. Then I started at home caregiving. I have been a caregiver for 15 years now. I assist seniors needing care with bathing/dressing, meal prep, companionship, medication reminders, transportation to MD appoints, shopping or just going out for enjoyment. I do light housekeeping: make bed, clean kitchen, wash and fold laundry and prepare meals. My main objective is my client. I wish to enrich their lives, and provide a healthy environment for thriving. I can assist a client up from their chair or bed with their assistance or I can use a hoyer lift and a gait belt. I enjoy new clients, and learning about their interests, ie, reading, puzzles, sports, going for walks, going shopping, and more. I have assisted clients with early onset dementia. Your loved one is my priority.

Barbara was super compassionate and a great person to take me for my medical procedure. She was prompt and her communication was very clear. She even drove me to get some food after I was dismissed. I would highly recommend her!
