Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I am currently employed at a private preschool and work as a teaching assistant in a 3K classroom. This is a part-time class & I work 3 days a week. On the other 2 days, I am a bookkeeper at a small church. Before these current positions, I was a nanny for 1 family for 9 years. I also spent some time sitting with a 101-year-old woman in her home and caring for another woman in her 90s. My husband and I have been married for over 40 years and we are the proud parents of two adult sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and grandparents to 2 precious granddaughters. I enjoy reading, walking or jogging, and visiting with friends. We enjoy camping and still camp the good old-fashioned way, in a tent. We kayak on occasion but mostly when we are camping. I am currently available for Friday or Saturday evening sitting. I would be happy to meet up for an hour so you can meet me see if I am a good candidate for your family.

Barbara is a wonderful, professional and competent caregiver. She has cared for my three children since August of 2011. Not only is Barbara consistent, dependable and honest, but she is always willing to help out with homework, piano, bathing and feeding. In addition, Barbara can safely drive and take the children to any activities. I have had several babysitters over the years and none can compare to Barbara. She would truly be a blessing to any family.
