About Barbara

Hi! I'm a 22-year-old senior nursing student raised in Colorado with a passion for caring for people of all ages. Whether I'm supporting children as they learn and grow or helping older adults maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence, I find genuine joy in making a positive difference in others' lives. For the past year and a half, I've worked in a nursing home, an experience that has strengthened both my caregiving skills and my compassion. It has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and treating every individual with the same kindness, respect, and attention I would want for my own loved ones. I'm bubbly, dependable, and confident, and I enjoy making people feel safe, included, and valued. I believe strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude are the foundation of great care. I love building meaningful relationships with the families and individuals I work with, and I often think of those in my care as an extension of my own family.
