About Barbara

I'm passionate about providing reliable and kind care for families, which led me to become a caregiver. As a patient and calm individual, I work well with seniors, children, and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over 30 years of experience working with seniors as a caregiver, people with disabilities as a direct support professional, and children in a special education classroom, I'm comfortable with a wide range of varying needs. I am trained and confident in my abilities regarding feeding, bathing, medication management, companionship, and am CPR/First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets and light housekeeping and cooking. I have proof of certifications and references upon request. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
