About Barbara

I am a mother of two children recently retired early childhood teacher still looking to play! I was the teacher on the playground who was always running around with the children initiating games and promoting fun social interactions. I have an undergraduate degree from Lesley College in Child and Community with a double minor in Developmental Psychology and Guidance. I also have a M. ED in Early Childhood Education from Lesley College. Although retired life is good, that child connection is missing for me. I worked at the Cambridge-Ellis School for 27 years. I worked alongside of a highly professional staff, providing a loving, nurturing and stimulating environment. I have supported children in all areas of development and look forward to doing it again, though this time in a 1 to 1 situation. I am looking for part time hours starting in the fall 2023.
