About Barbara

I assisted with the care of my mother for 5 years after her first stroke. I shared over-night and 24 hour care with my siblings in the early days. I also cleaned her house and visited weekly as well as took her to doctor's appointments. We were able to keep her in her own home where she felt safe and was happy. I previously worked as a Home Health Aide for a senior care company for 2 years. I worked for a senior client for 2 years to get her finances in order and get her taxes up-to-date. Her family has requested my help since her passing in February 2024. I am currently working for one senior client starting in August 2022 until present. I truly enjoy my time with my clients. I am able to run errands such as shopping, picking up medications, provide transportation, as well as other tasks requested. I can take care of pets, do light housekeeping, fix meals, provide companionship, as well as play cards, work on puzzles, and help with organizing and down-sizing.
