About Barbara

Greetings. I am a patient, kind and reliable person who has experience with early childhood education. My employment has primarily been at a well known preschool in the Smithtown area which I have been employed for over 10 years. Some positions held were; Lead Teacher of the Toddler Program, Pre-K Teacher, Morning Care & After Care Teacher. During these difficult unsettled times I am looking to move out of the classroom setting and work with families on an one on one, individual basis. If you need assistance with online learning and "home school", last year I thought 22 pre-k students online. I am very familiar with age appropriate academic computer resources. I also have extensive knowledge and materials which I can utilize in enriching your child's education. When I'm not helping little ones grow socially and academically, I spend my time going on adventures with my husband and dog. My two sons are in college which gives me the ability to have a flexible schedule.
