About Banovsha

Caring for children is my passion. I have three years of childcare experience and worked for five months as an Assistant Teacher, where I cared for children between the ages of 1 and 2. I supported their daily routines, learning activities, playtime, transitions, and individual needs while providing a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. I have completed Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff, Foundations for Health and Safety, Birth to Five Care, School-Age Care, and the Virginia Annual Health and Safety Update Training. I am also CPR certified. I am patient, responsible, attentive, and friendly. I have a graduate degree, do not smoke, and have reliable transportation. As a mother of two daughters, I understand how important trust, safety, patience, and loving care are to every family.
