About Bailey

Hi! I'm Bailey, an Austin native and junior at Texas State University pursuing a degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology. I have professional childcare experience as a toddler and preschool teacher at Primrose School of Southwest Austin, caring for children ages 1-5. I also have approximately three years of experience at Dell Children's Hospital, including supporting children and adolescents with mental health challenges. These experiences strengthened my patience, compassion, communication skills, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations. I love encouraging children's curiosity and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I'm dependable and comfortable with meals, naps, bedtime routines, and age-appropriate activities. I'm also BLS certified through 2027, including CPR and emergency response training. I'm available for flexible evening, date-night, and weekend care.
