Bailey has the maturity of someone much older than her years would indicate. She has a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. She is a reliable self-starter who can perform job functions with little direction and minimal oversight. She is a hard worker and doesn't become distracted by digital interference. When she worked for me, she put her phone aside until break time. In this day and age, that is impressive. She is great with pets and can establish a rapport with most children. She presents herself well groomed, well dressed, and ready to work. She is punctual and respectful of time. I am certain that she would represent your company well.
