Hi! I'm Bailey. Working with children is something I've always been passionate about. I love getting to know each child's unique personality and finding fun, creative ways to keep them engaged, whether that's through arts and crafts, reading, playing outside, imaginative play, or helping with homework. I enjoy being present with kids instead of just supervising them. I'm patient, dependable, and caring, and I believe children thrive when they feel safe, heard, and encouraged to be themselves. I understand how important it is for parents to trust the person caring for their children, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where kids can have fun, learn, and feel comfortable while giving parents peace of mind.
