About Bailey

Bailey is the best! Bailey was our nanny for our daughter from when she was 1 to 2.5 years old and she started in preschool. We were in a nanny share with another child the same age as our daughter and the girls had the best time with Bailey! Bailey has a way with kids that makes them feel comfortable around her immediately. And that was our experience - our daughter loved Bailey right from the start. As a parent, it is so important to leave your child in the care of someone you trust and we trusted Bailey wholeheartedly. Bailey is also so knowledgeable about childhood development. She walked us through many developmental stages and we were so thankful for her support. She also was respectful and supportive of honoring our parenting style. I couldn’t recommend Bailey more. She is an amazing nanny. She took the time to get to know our daughter’s personality, likes/dislikes, dreams and fears and helped her learn and grow. She cared for our daughter like she was her own and we are forever thankful for that.
