Hi there! My names Bailey and I currently live near Silvana with my husband, 1-year-old, and sleepy dog, Nellie. Looking to provide a fun summer for 2/3 kiddos at my home. Experience: I was a full time nanny for four years before switching over to an executive assistant at Nordstrom. I went from supporting toddlers to Executive VPs and couldn't be more thankful for both experiences. Since having my son I've ditched the heels and slacks, and gotten more used to spit up and PJs. I've supported kids in homeschool during COVID, diabetic children, infants, and families with up to four children. I enjoy getting outside, reading, and exploring. My goal is for your kids to have a fun summer and come home tired each evening from playing hard. We currently live on an acre in a small neighborhood with each of the 7 houses having kids ages 5-10. There are play sets all over, pools and bike gangs to make being outside more enticing! Let me know if I might be a good match for your family!

Bailey quickly established a fun and trusting relationship with our sons and was so innovative in coming up with new ways to help them grow and play every day.
